What will our community look like in 10-20 years? Will it be the same ole suburban sprawl that we’ve come to expect or can we chart a new course that envisions a better way to live? A future that affirms and celebrates our shared desire to create places that put people first. Places that connect us to one another, with lots of choices to get around that don’t require a car. Places that are diverse and welcoming. Places that we are proud to call home. For far too long we’ve allowed others to make those decisions for us with predictable results. But maybe, just maybe, if we come together we can begin to control and direct growth here in southeastern part of the County towards a future that will benefit us all. The choice is ours to make.

What is Kettlesong?
Kettlesong is a nature-themed development on 550 acres of rolling countryside that includes the Pinetuck Golf Course off of Mt. Holly Rd. on the south side of Rock Hill.
